Consumption

If you have a smart meter and cannot see your load curves, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• You were not the account holder during the period you are checking.
• The supply is not yet integrated into our systems.
  In this case, we'll analyse the incident and resolve it as soon as possible.
• The supply integration occurred after the requested period.
• There is interference in the electricity grid, for example from:
  • Businesses with high electricity consumption.
  • Aerials.
  • LED street lighting.
  • Pool or lift motors.
    These situations are usually resolved within a few days.
• The requested period exceeds 60 days.
  On the website, we only display load curves for up to 60 days.
  To check longer periods, you must use the 'Advanced' option.
• The period dates back more than two years.
  On the website, we only show data up to a maximum of 2 years old.

You can request it in CSV format (without graphs) by writing to: reclamaciones_medida@enel.com
We will send the data to the email address registered to your web account.

Every day, we publish the available load curves, even if they are incomplete.

• If we obtain a more complete curve in the following days, we automatically replace it.
• This happens provided the period has not yet been billed.

You do not need to take any action.

We only publish this data if the meter records it correctly at the end of the month.

If the field appears blank, it could be due to:

• Meter configuration issue.
  After checking, we will reconfigure the equipment.
• Communication problems caused by interference on the electricity grid.

We will manage the inspection of the meter.

We display this data once the self-consumption activation process is complete.

• If your supplier has not activated the self-consumption supplement, you must contact them to arrange it.

Activation depends on your supplier, not the distribution company.

We only publish self-consumed energy data when these two conditions are met:

• The supply has surplus generation in accordance with Royal Decree 244/2019.
• There is an additional generation meter that measures the energy produced.

If you have a single meter that measures:

• consumption, and
• energy exported to the grid,

We only publish those curves, which you can check in your private area.

Because the account holder has not set up the corresponding authorisation on the website.

• The authorisation must be valid for the requested period.

 The account holder must grant you access from their private area.

The curve we display on the website always corresponds to the last bill issued for the period you are checking.
