Authorisations

You can do this through the authorisation service.

This service allows you to access information about other individuals or legal entities when you do not have an official document certifying you as a representative.

- Request to be the one who directly manages your customers' supplies.

- Choose which tasks you wish to delegate or take on yourself.

You can do this by following these steps:

·        Access the private area.

·        In the home window, click on the ‘Authorisations’ tab.

·        If the ‘Authorisations’ tab does not appear:

  Click on the MORE tab and  a list of web services will open.

 Select ‘Authorisations’

 Click on the ‘Create new authorisation’ button

·    Select the information to be authorised using the different tabs:

o   Services linked to your supplies

o   View invoices

o   More

No. Access and connection files cannot be authorised by means of a simple authorisation.

This service allows you to request authorisation to access e-distribution services and queries, exclusively for customers who are not registered on the website.

To request authorisation without being registered, your request will be reviewed by the website administrator and only requests that meet the established requirements will be processed.

There are two types of authorisation available:

A.  GIVE: create an authorisation for another web user to access your information.

B.   REQUEST: create an authorisation to request access to the information of a third party not registered in the private area.

A.       DAR type authorisation. You do not need to attach any documentation.

B.       PEDIR type authorisation:

1.        Tax ID number (NIF) / Foreign ID number (NIE) / Passport of the authorising party.

If the NIE you attach is a certificate without a photograph, you must attach two documents:

a.        The NIE certificate

b.       An identity document from the country of origin that includes a photograph.

2.        The document: ‘AUTHORISATION FORM FOR ACCESS TO DATA ON THE e-distribución WEBSITE’

This document is available for download in the ‘New authorisation’ window.

You must use the current version and sign all pages before attaching it.

A.       DAR type authorisation. No documentation needs to be attached.

B.       PEDIR type authorisation:

1.        Documentation proving the authoriser's legal capacity to represent.

Companies or entities: deed of incorporation or equivalent official document.

Homeowners' associations: signed appointment certificate.

Local councils: mayor's appointment certificate.

2.  CIF (tax identification number) or document proving the company name, registered office and tax identification number.

3.  NIF (tax identification number)/NIE (foreign identification number)/passport of the company representative.

If the NIE you attach is a certificate without a photograph, you must attach two documents:

The NIE certificate.

An identity document from your country of origin that includes a photograph.

4. The document: ‘AUTHORISATION FORM FOR ACCESS TO DATA ON THE e-distribución WEBSITE’

You must use the current version and sign all pages before attaching it.

A. If you have created a DAR type authorisation:

• The authorised person will receive an email informing them that the authorisation is available.
•  They will also receive a notification in their private area indicating that they have a pending authorisation.
• From this notification, they can directly access the authorisations section, where they can accept or reject it.
• Once they click on the Accept button, they will be able to view the corresponding information.

B. If you have created a REQUEST authorisation:

•  Our team will validate the documentation.
•  If everything is correct, they will activate the authorisation.
• The authorised person will receive an email informing them that the authorisation has been activated.

Access the private area.

In the start window, click on the ‘Authorisations’ tab.

If the ‘Authorisations’ tab does not appear,

• Click on the plus tab.
• A list of website services will open.
• Select ‘Authorisations’.
• Check the tabs.

·Received: other website users have authorised you to view information.

·Sent: you have authorised other users to view information.

Requested: you have requested access to information from a third party who is not registered on the website.

• Access the list of authorisations
• Click on the NIF, NIE, passport or CIF number of the corresponding authorisation.

Access the authorisation and use the buttons: deactivate or cancel.
