You can provide your electricity meter reading here by entering your CUPS (Universal Supply Point Code).

You can submit your meter reading, provided that your meter is a smart meter, is integrated or remotely managed, operates on low voltage, and your contracted power does not exceed 15 kW.

For us to use your meter readings on your next bill, your supply must meet the following conditions:

Technical requirements:

It must be a low-voltage supply.

The contracted power must be up to 15 kW.
It may or may not have time-of-use pricing.
It must not involve self-consumption.
It must not have a peak-time meter.
The tariff must be 2.0TD.

Conversely, if you already have a smart meter installed, you do not need to submit a reading, as this type of meter automatically records consumption and sends it to our system.

Frequently asked questions

How long do you have to report the reading?
- To ensure your meter readings are included on your next bill, you must submit them within the timeframe set out in Royal Decree 1718/2012. We recommend doing so within 7 days before the issue date of your next bill.
How do you know when you can report your meter reading?
- Check your latest bill. Look for the “end date of the billing period” in the electricity consumption section. Depending on whether your bill is monthly or fortnightly, estimate the date of your next bill and submit your meter reading within the recommended timeframe.
  
  Remember: submitting your meter reading at the right time helps ensure your bill more accurately reflects your actual consumption.
What documents do I need to provide?
- None at all; we’ll simply ask you for some of the details shown on your bill, such as your access contract number (ATR) and your CUPs.
