Registration of metering equipment

If you need to register any metering equipment, please complete this form and attach the documents requested.

Note for modem registration (IP address): The fixed IP must be public; private IPs in the following ranges are NOT valid: 10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255 / 172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255 / 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 / 127.0.0.0 – 127.255.255.255 / 169.254.0.0 – 169.254.255.255 / 224.0.0.0 – 255.255.255.254"                     

You can request the registration of the meter, modem (with SIM), or measurement transformers in two ways:

A. From the e-distribución website:

  • Access the ‘Registration of measurement equipment’ service.
  • Fill in the equipment details.
  • Attach the requested documentation (manufacturer's protocols if they are transformers).
  • Submit the form.

B. By email:

  • Download and fill in the form.
  • Send it to: gestcal_alta_edm@enel.com
  • In the subject line, indicate the province and one of the following details: contract number, CUPS, or application number.

Equipment replacement

Once registration has been confirmed, you can request installation by:

A. Website (private area): You must be registered.

B. Telephone: Call 900 878 119 and provide:

  • CUPS and supply address.
  • Item to be replaced.
  • Ownership of the equipment.
  • Contact person and their mobile number (they must be present and provide the equipment).

C. Supplier:

  • ATR request using CNMC forms.
  • In the comments section, indicate the name and telephone number of the person who will provide the equipment.
