Details of your supply

Check your supply details using this service

Imagen contador

This service allows you to view technical and contractual information about your electricity supply, from the supply address to its technical specifications, associated contracts, and available services.

What information will you find?

Supply address

Location details for the supply point: province, municipality, town, ZIP code, and full address.

Technical details

Electrical characteristics of the supply. These are the most common fields:

  • Supply voltage
  • Voltage type
  • Power (kW)
  • Reserved extension power
  • Documentation date
  • Official activation date of the supply
  • Essential supply
  • Indicates whether the supply point has special protection against outages

CAU and access requests

If you have registered self-consumption, here you will find the CAU code (Self-Consumption Code), a unique 26-digit code that identifies your energy generation installation, much like an ID number. It is issued by the distributors and allows you to connect your supply point to your solar installation, which facilitates consumption monitoring and the offsetting of surplus energy.

You can also view the most recent change request processed for the supply: registrations, cancellations, modifications, or changes in the electricity supplier.

ATR Contracts

An ATR (Third-Party Network Access) contract is the agreement that allows your electricity supply to use the distribution network to receive power.

It is signed by your electricity supplier with the distribution company (not directly by the customer) and governs how you access the network: power, rate, technical conditions, etc.

In other words, the ATR contract is the “technical contract” that defines how electricity reaches your supply point, while your contract with the supplier defines the financial terms (price, billing, etc.).

This service allows you to view all the technical conditions of your electricity supply in one place, specifically:

  • Who your supplier is
  • What rate you have
  • What power capacity you have contracted for each period
  • Since when the contract has been active

Supplier History

In this section, you will find the complete record of access requests linked to your supply point. The system displays the most recent change request processed—whether it’s a new connection, disconnection, modification, or change of supplier—and the dates associated with the communication processes between the distributor and your current supplier. If you need more details about a specific request, you should contact your electricity supplier directly.

Downloading Meter Reading and Usage Certificates

Access the official certificates for the period during which you were the account holder. The process is simple:

  1. Select the individual or business name for which you want to download the certificate and click “Apply.”
  2. Select the CUPS (supply point) for which you need the certificate.
  3. Specify the download period—start and end month and year—and request the download.
  4. Once generated, select the certificate from the list and click “Download” to obtain the PDF.

Request for refund of the security deposit

If you previously paid a security deposit for your service connection, you can request a full refund online. To do so, you must provide the supply’s CUPS, the bank account in the account holder’s name where the payment should be made, and attach the necessary documentation: the bank certificate (required), the account holder’s ID (optional), and, if the applicant is not the contract holder, a power of attorney.
