Submit your request through the website’s private area. This will give you access to several features designed to make managing your requests easier, such as detailed tracking of your request status, viewing and downloading documents or accepting and paying offers online. If you are not yet registered, you can request access to the private area via the following registration form.

If you need a permanent supply, a temporary supply, or a provisional supply for construction, you must indicate the type of supply, its location, voltage level in volts, total requested power in kW, and its breakdown (homes, offices, commercial premises, general services, industry, etc.).

For housing developments or commercial developments, industrial estates or warehouses, you must attach a floor plan and plot layout, as well as the required power.
Including the cadastral reference will help register your request.
Lastly, attaching photos of the location and planned energy delivery point will help us expedite the technical study.

Online submission of your requests: From the private area, you can submit requests for new supplies and power increases, even for provisional, temporary, and complementary supplies (SOS), as well as modifications to existing supplies. Online forms are also available for new generation and self-consumption requests. Include the map positioning of the point where you request energy delivery. You will receive an online request code after completing the form.

Online payment gateway: Accept the technical-economic conditions and pay securely by credit card. Your request will be accepted, and you will be able to download an invoice. A link for bank transfer payment is also available in the technical-economic conditions we send you.

First, specify the type of request from the five options shown: New supply, Modification of existing supply, Provisional for construction, Temporary, and Complementary supply.

Then, provide the property address, adding the postal address if located in an “Urban” area, as well as any clarifying details or the “Plot and Parcel” if in a “Rural” area.

Next, locate the desired energy delivery point on the map (where you want to install the new General Protection Box or, if applicable, where the existing one is).
We will show you the properties in our database at the indicated address and adjacent ones.

·        If your request involves a new property, a new supply on a public road, a construction supply, temporary, complementary, or results from splitting an existing plot, click “New property on street”.

·        If your request involves a new supply in an existing property (new commercial premises, elevator installation, etc.) or modification of an existing supply, select the property from those shown by clicking “Select.” We will display all its consumption points, identified by address and voltage. If the request is for one of them, click “Select” on the supply point. Otherwise, click “New consumption point in selected property.”

If you selected “New property in street map”/ “New consumption point in selected property” or indicated “rural area”, you must provide the technical details of your request, selecting the property’s use and property details, as well as all future supply points, indicating voltage and power for each.
Remember to create as many properties as there are buildings with different cadastral references included in your request and add any relevant details in the “Observations” field. Select “Yes” or “No” to receive our assessment of the new network extension if necessary.
Finally, attach the requested documentation, and we will provide you with your request code, which you can use to track its progress online or when communicating with us.

The tracking chart is divided into two phases:

1.       Study phase: Shows the statuses from when you submitted the request until we send you the technical and economic conditions, pending your acceptance if you agree. You can also provide any additional information we may request.

2.       Execution phase: Appears after you accept the technical-economic conditions. It details the statuses related to the execution of installations, both those carried out by e-distribución and those carried out by an authorized installer. You can also upload documents by clicking “Attach information”.

For completed new supply requests, you can check the supply points created in the “CUPS” section and see if they are ready for contracting, at which point you can formalize a supply contract with the retailer of your choice.

In the existing tabs located at the bottom of the request tracking page, you will find information regarding your request.

Through the “Make inquiry” button, you can make any type of inquiry regarding your ongoing request.

We will notify you by email when we respond so you can access the website to view the answers. You also have access to the inquiry and response history for each request.

Through the “Request cancellation” button, you can process the cancellation of your ongoing request.

If your request is in the “pending offer acceptance” status, you can accept the technical-economic conditions by:

• Online payment via secure banking gateway using your bank card or Bizum, by clicking the “online payment” button. You can also access the payment gateway through the web address indicated in your technical-economic conditions / prior proposal. Both the applicant and the authorized representative can make this online. By default, the invoice will be issued in the applicant’s name. If you need to issue an invoice in the name of a third party, the applicant must first provide proof of payment authorization to a third party via the email address conexiones.edistribucion@enel.com
• Bank transfer to the account indicated in the technical-economic conditions / prior proposal and uploading the transfer receipt by clicking “attach proof of payment.”
