You can submit your request via the private area of the e‑distribución website. From this space, you will have access to features designed to make managing your requests easier, such as:

• Detailed tracking of the request status.
• Viewing and downloading documentation.
• Acceptance of offers and online payment.

If you are not yet registered, you can request access to the Private Area using the registration form. available on the website.

To request a permanent, short-term, or builder's temporary supply, you must provide:

• Supply type.
• Supply location.
• Voltage level (in volts).
• Total requested capacity (in kW).
• Breakdown of capacity by use (homes, offices, premises, general services, industry, etc.).

In the case of housing or commercial developments, residential estates, industrial estates, or warehouses, you must attach:

• Floor plan and plot layout.
• Required capacity.

In addition:

• The cadastral reference will facilitate the registration of the request.
• Photographs of the location and the planned energy delivery point will help speed up the technical study.

The Private Area allows you to:

Register requests online

• New supplies and capacity upgrades.
• Builder's temporary, short-term, and complementary supplies (backup).
• Modification of existing supplies.
• Generation and self-consumption requests.
• Map positioning of the delivery point.
• Obtaining the request code upon completing the form.

Tracking requests

• Real-time status checks of your request.
• Access to all sent and received documentation.
• Submission of additional documentation during processing.
• Information on the steps required until the CUPS are ready for a supply contract.

Web payment gateway

• Acceptance of technical and economic conditions.
• Secure payment via bank card or Bizum.
• Invoice download once payment is made.
• Alternative access to the banking gateway via the link included in the technical and economic conditions.

First, you must select the request type from the following options:

• New supply.
• Modification of existing supply.
• Builder's temporary supply.
• Short-term supply.
• Complementary supply.

You will then need to answer the following questions:

Next, you must:

1. Provide the property address:
   • In urban areas: postal address and, if necessary, an explanatory field.
   • In rural areas: cadastral polygon and plot.
2. Pinpoint the energy delivery point on the map (new or existing General Protection Box).
3. Select or create the corresponding property:
   • New property in the street directory: for new buildings, construction sites, short-term supplies, or plot segregations.
   • Existing property: for new supplies in existing premises or modifications to already registered supplies.

• If your request involves a new property, a new supply on a public road, a construction supply, temporary, complementary, or results from splitting an existing plot, click “New property on street”.

• If your request involves a new supply in an existing property (new commercial premises, elevator installation, etc.) or modification of an existing supply, select the property from those shown by clicking “Select.” We will display all its consumption points, identified by address and voltage. If the request is for one of them, click “Select” on the supply point. Otherwise, click “New consumption point in selected property.”

Depending on the case, you must:

• Define the technical characteristics of the request.
• Indicate the use and details of the property.
• Provide details of all future supply points, including their voltage and capacity.
• Create as many property profiles as there are distinct cadastral references in the request.
• Add relevant remarks and select whether or not you require an assessment for a new network extension.

Finally, you must attach the required documentation. Once the process is finished, you will be provided with a request code, which you can use to track it.

Tracking is shown in two phases:

1. Study phase
This includes all statuses from the submission of the request until e‑distribución sends the technical and economic conditions. During this phase, you can provide additional information if required.

2. Execution phase
This begins after the technical and economic conditions are accepted. It details the execution of the installations, both those carried out by e‑distribución and those by the certified installer. It also allows you to attach documentation.

For completed new supply requests, you can view the generated CUPS and check if they are ready so you can sign a contract with the supplier of your choice.

Yes. Using the 'Submit an enquiry' button, you can ask any questions related to your ongoing request.

Answers will be notified by email and recorded in the enquiry history of each request.

Yes. You can process the cancellation of an active request using the 'Request cancellation' button.

If your request is in the 'pending offer acceptance' status, you can accept it by:

• Online payment via a secure banking gateway (card or Bizum), by clicking the 'Online payment' button.
  • By default, the payment generates an invoice in the applicant's name.
  • Both the applicant and their authorised representative can make this online payment, which by default generates an invoice in the applicant's name.
  • To have the invoice issued to a third party, you must first provide proof of authorisation by emailing conexiones.edistribucion@enel.com
• Bank transfer to the account indicated in the technical and economic conditions, subsequently attaching the proof of payment.
