Sometimes, we need to cut off the electricity supply to carry out improvement and maintenance work on our facilities. This ensures the safety of the people carrying out the work.

If you are a customer connected to the e-distribution network, you can receive notifications of any future scheduled power cuts that may affect your supply. There are two ways to do this:

- Via the email you will receive once you have registered,

- Via the web notifications, which you will see in your private area.

  • When will I receive the notification?

    • Generally, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance, unless you live in or your service is located in Extremadura, in which case you will receive the notification at least 48 hours in advance.

  • How can I track a service disruption?

    • If you have reported a power outage and want to track it, you will need the notification code. We will provide you with this code when you call the outage hotline for your autonomous community.

  • How will I know how long the outage will last?

    • In the notification you receive, we will inform you of the expected duration of the outage. You can also track the status of the outage via the outage map on our website.

      For safety reasons, we recommend that you unplug any appliances that could cause damage if left on before the power goes out (glass-ceramic cooktops, induction cooktops, air conditioners, electric heaters, etc.).
