Subscription for notices and scheduled outages

Occasionally, due to improvement and maintenance work at our facilities, we are forced to carry out power supply interruptions to ensure the safety of the workers who carry them out. 

If you own one or more supply points connected to the e-distribution network and you are interested in receiving information about scheduled outages, you can subscribe to our notification service. You will receive an e-mail in advance informing you of the scheduled interruption when one of them is affected. 

Remember that this service will only be available if you are the owner as stated on the bill from the supplier and we will notify you 24 hours in advance (48 hours in the autonomous community of Extremadura) of the start of the cut-off at the supply point. 

This service is also available from your private area of the website.
