DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE E-DISTRIBUCIÓN ALERTS SERVICE
1. Who will process your data?
Your personal data will be processed by Edistribución Redes Digitales S.L.U. with CIF B82846817 and registered office at C/ Ribera del Loira, 60, 28042-Madrid, (hereinafter, "e-distribución").
2. What will we process the data for and on what legal basis?
Provided that you are the owner of one or more supply points connected to EDistribución's network, your data (specifically your email address and/or telephone number) will be processed in order to subscribe you to EDistribución's alert service with the aim of warning you in advance of the scheduled interruption of the electricity supply of any of the supply points you own, for the safety of the workers carrying out improvement and maintenance work on e-distribución's installations.
When you voluntarily subscribe to this service through e-distribución's website, your consent will be the basis of legitimacy on which we will process your data. Notwithstanding this, if EDistribución is aware of your electro-dependent status, it may proactively subscribe you to this alert service, this processing being legitimate as it is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person.
Your data may also be processed in order to comply with any type of legal obligation, as well as to comply with judicial requirements or those of the National Markets and Competition Commission or the Spanish Data Protection Agency, among other legal obligations.
3. How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept for the period of time necessary to carry out the purposes described above. If they are no longer necessary or if you have withdrawn your consent in the event that you have subscribed to the alert service voluntarily, your data will be blocked for the period in which they may be necessary for the exercise or defense of administrative or legal actions and may only be unblocked and processed again for this reason. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.
4. What security measures are applied?
e-distribución, with the aim of making its Data Protection Policy effective and efficient, has adopted the necessary technical and organizational security measures to avoid the alteration, loss, misuse, unauthorized processing, and access or theft of the data, taking into account the state of technology.
5. What information do we share with third parties?
Your personal data may only be transferred to Public Administrations, Authorities, and Public Bodies, including Courts and Tribunals when so required by the applicable regulations.
We inform you that it is possible that third parties with whom there is a contractual relationship for the provision of a specific service to EDistribución may access your personal data. It is also possible that some of these processors may be located outside the European Economic Area. In particular, your data may be accessed by providers located in India and Colombia. e-distribución is legally authorized to carry out this type of transfer, as it has been authorized by the Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, and data portability in the cases and with the scope established by the applicable regulations at all times.
To exercise these rights, you should contact e-distribución by sending a written and signed request to the address RGPD Requests e-distribución, C/ Ribera del Loira 60, 28042 Madrid or by sending an e-mail to the address derechoslopd@enel.com with the following information: name and surname of the interested party, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National Identity Document and request specifying the request.

The personal data processed are those that you have provided to e-distribución as the owner of one or more supply points connected to the e-distribución network.
